How to Order on GGDOLL?
1. Visit Our Website

You can access www.ggdoll.love from your mobile, tablet, or PC.

  • Mobile/Tablet: Tap the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner and select “LOGIN” to go to the registration page.
  • PC: Click “LOGIN” in the top-right corner.

You can register using Google, TikTok, or Email.

2. Select Your Product
  • Mobile/Tablet: Tap the three-line menu icon to browse categories and select your favorite press-on nail style.
  • PC: Browse categories directly from the top navigation bar.

On the product page, choose your size, style, and other options, then click “Add to Basket”.

3. Go to Your Shopping Cart

Tap the “View Basket” pop-up icon, or:

  • Mobile/Tablet: Tap the three-line menu icon to access your cart.
  • PC: Click the cart icon in the top navigation bar.

In the cart, you can adjust quantities or remove items.

4. Checkout

Once you’ve confirmed the items in your cart, click “Proceed to Checkout” to go to the payment page.

5. Fill in Shipping Information

Enter your shipping address, contact information, and Email address (fields marked with ✳️ are required).

6. Choose Payment Method

GGDOLL offers a variety of secure payment methods. You can choose the one that works best for your location:

  • Cryptocurrencies: We accept major cryptocurrencies. It’s recommended to use a legitimate and compliant cryptocurrency service provider in your area to avoid fraud. If you’re unfamiliar with cryptocurrencies or can’t find a reliable provider, feel free to contact customer support for assistance.
  • Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard): Accepted globally.
  • Alipay HK: Available for Hong Kong.
  • KakaoPay: Available for South Korea.
  • Other payment methods: If none of the above options work for you, please contact customer support for assistance with local payment methods in other regions (Europe, Southeast Asia, etc.).

After selecting your payment method, check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy, then click “Place Order”. You will be redirected to a secure payment page to complete your payment.

7. Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
You can also check your order status by clicking the three-line menu icon (or your username in the top navigation bar on PC) and selecting “Orders” from your account dashboard.

8. Order Processing & Shipping

Since our press-on nails are handmade, we require 5 business days to process your order.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

📌 Additional Tips

If you skip registration in Step 1 (Google/TikTok authorization or Email), you can start shopping directly from Step 2 and proceed to payment in Step 6.
The website will automatically generate an account using the Email you entered in Step 5 and send an account activation email, prompting you to set a password. You can then use your email and password to log in to GGDOLL.LOVE and check your order details anytime.
